I am passionate about helping others in any way I can and I enjoy talking to and meeting new people! I have nearly 10 years of experience in different medical settings - from working in a toxicology and pharmacogenetics laboratory in Orange County, CA to working at Willamette Valley Cancer Institute in Eugene, OR. I value doing all I can to go above and beyond to make patients feel seen, comfortable, and to get their questions answered.
I have moved over 20 times in a 20 year span, but have found that Oregon is an incredible place to call home. In my free time, I enjoy spending my time outside with my husband and our two dogs, Cora and Luna. I love lifting heavy weights and am constantly finding myself doing research on nutritional information and new ways to grow in my journey of becoming the healthiest version of myself.
I look forward to talking to you soon!

I like to work with clients on learning the tools that can allow them to locate
themselves again in the midst of whatever transitions or challenges are
happening in their lives. What that looks like is different for everyone - whether
you are facing a professional shift, a personal loss, or a chronic medical
condition, I will focus on seeing you rather than just your ‘issues’. Together we
will work on sorting out the things that you can do to improve your life from
those that are beyond your control.
I am a licensed therapist and hold a Masters’ Degrees in Counseling from
Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM, with coursework particularly in the
areas of individual psychodynamic therapy, attachment disorders, the
therapeutic relationship, and trauma. My experience has ranged from long
term residential treatment for kids and adolescents to outpatient community
mental health and providing mental health support to seniors at a nursing
home. I have a particular desire to work with individuals experiencing chronic
and degenerative medical conditions.
I also specialize in clinical documentation and compliance with Medicaid
